I am an avid bow and predator hunter and fly-fisher. My area is well known for the quality of its whitetail deer and early September archery is the best time. I'll be in one stand and you can be in another. I have permanent stands set up for black bear and have had very good success in more northern Alberta; I can almost guarantee a 6+ foot bear. Typically, I hunt bears around mid-May. Later in the fall, I have a lot of fun calling coyotes and have harvested a few wolves and would love some company. Late June to early July is brown trout on a dry fly. We have famous brown drake hatches and for the avid fly-fisherman, looking for a technical fishing challenge; I can put you on a 20+ inch brown from a small, wadeable creek.
