Free range hunting for wild Sambar Stag in Victoria Australia. Location of home stay on a working cattle farm is approximately 2 hours drive from the international airport at the capitol city Melbourne. All firearms and ammunition supplied and pick up /drop off from the airport is included. A hunting licence is $47 AUD and with that there no limit to the amount of deer to be taken if wanted or fortunate enough. However this can be demanding bush hunting in some rough country at times although there can be elements of sit and wait hunting in the evenings. A good level of fitness will help you even more in achieving success with these tough hunt species. The stags can grow to 300 plus kilos and are hard,tough and wary. There is also scope for vermin shooting with many shots offered.
